Product Warranty

Coverage

All Kiana Tiles products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Manufacturing defects such as uneven surfaces, warping, or incorrect sizing.
  • Color fading or glaze issues caused during production.
  • Transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
  • Natural wear and tear, stains, or discoloration from use.
  • Damage due to structural movement, subfloor failure, or external impact.

Claim Procedure

  • Contact support at support@kianatiles.com within the warranty period.
  • Provide order number, clear photos of the issue, and description.
  • Team will respond within 48 working hours.

Return Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns of unused boxes of tiles within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Tiles must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
  • Custom/special orders are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless defective.

Process

  • Contact support within 14 days to initiate a return.
  • Receive shipping instructions and labels if applicable.
  • Refunds processed within 7 working days after inspection.
